| Insurance original and copy (we provide it) | Travel insurance must be valid for all Schengen territory, cover accommodation costs, and cover expenses up to 30,000 euros. |
| Insurance translation | Insurance must be translated into French or English. |
| Invitation letter from the French company and copy (we provide it) | Indicates expected length of stay, schedule, registration in the conference or exhibition, or payment proof for booth rental. |
| Flight booking (we provide it) | Round-trip flight booking matching exhibition dates and hotel booking. |
| Bank statement for the last 3 months in English - original | Original bank statement for the last 3 months stamped by the bank. |
| Hotel booking covering the full stay in France (we provide it) | Original hotel booking covering the full stay during the exhibition or rental contract. |
For employees
| HR certificate from work (original + copy) | Must show name, job summary, salary, work contract, and social insurance. |
| Translated HR certificate | In the language of the exhibition country or English. |
For business owners
| Commercial register | Original + copy + translation. |
| Tax card | Original + copy + translation. |
For retirees
| Pension statement | Pension statement is required. |
For students
| Certificate from school or university | Original + copy + translation. |
